  Van Ton started at H&H Group in 2023 as a Digital Shelf Coordinator based in Orlando, Florida. This role saw her supporting Amazon and focusing on optimising content, improving digital visibility, and supporting customer engagement for Zesty Paws (part of H&H Group). As the social commerce scope continued to grow, Van transitioned into a Junior Social Commerce Manager role focused on TikTok Shop. Today, she manages affiliate strategy and creator partnerships for both Zesty Paws and Solid Gold Pet (part of H&H Group), working closely with creators to scale performance and build a strong community around the brands. Recently, Zesty Paws launched Flea & Tick Spray and Shampoo on TikTok Shop, where Van helped build momentum through creator partnerships and short-form content. Several pieces of content went viral, driving strong sales on TikTok Shop while also increasing brand awareness across our other channels. This project was also supported by a brand activation at Social Commerce Fest in Santa Monica, where the team connected with creators and customers, expanded their affiliate network, and gathered valuable feedback that continues to shape partnerships and campaigns.   We're proud to share an update on our ongoing partnership between the H&H Foundation and Couleurs de Chine Officiel as we enter the third year of our sponsorship. Through our three-year commitment, H&H has been supporting 15 girls from the High Miao Mountains of Guangxi Province, funding their school fees and helping them remain in education during some of the most critical transition years of their high school journey. This region faces significant economic and geographical challenges, making sustained support especially meaningful. By providing consistent, long-term assistance, the programme helps reduce dropout rates, ease the financial burden on families, and empower these students to pursue their studies with confidence, stability, and hope for a brighter future.   Lotus Wong started her career at H&H Group in 2012, as a Senior R&D Researcher at Biostime. Based in Guangzhou, she now leads a team of product developers across both Biostime and Swisse Wellness (part of H&H Group), driving innovation across these brands. Lotus and her team have recently led the development of a global digital system that supports how new products are created. This Global Formulation Tool (GFT) supports the digitisation of our product development operations connecting Product and Packaging Development, Scientific Affairs, Quality, and Regulatory teams, ensuring smooth cross collaboration and bring products to market faster and more consistently. This year, it will also extend to Marketing and Sourcing teams, to build up the next level of our Product Lifecycle Management systems. The new system will help product development operations, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and standardise processes across regions and functions. Guided by our Think Like An Owner behaviour, Lotus has embraced change, taken ownership, and successfully supported the launch of multiple top selling Swisse products into the China market over the last 14 years.   Amy Greenall has been at H&H for 3 years as part of the H&H Group Communications team, bringing a decade of experience in communications, content and events. In her role she leads the teams' content strategy, Group internal communications projects and key global events - connecting hundreds of team members around the world and playing an important role in the culture at H&H.
