  Earlier this month, H&H Group had the honour of attending the 2025 United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) China Office Annual Meeting, Commemorating 25 Years of UNGC in Beijing. The event was a wonderful opportunity to come together with like-minded businesses to celebrate this anniversary and other achievements. It was also an important platform to partake in meaningful discussions on exploring ways to collaborate and collectively act on global issues. Since joining the UN Global Compact in 2018, H&H has consistently integrated its Ten Principles and ESG commitments into our operations - from climate action to DE&I initiatives and community support programmes, to projects which support our pillar of advancing the story of good health for people and their pets.   Our H&H Hong Kong team has shown incredible generosity and compassion by supporting our charity partner Box of Hope and their annual Christmas initiative. Box of Hope's meaningful project delivers useful and educational gifts to underprivileged children across Hong Kong and Asia, bringing smiles, hope, and a sense of belonging during the festive season. Last year alone, more than 35,000 gift boxes were distributed to children in need. This year, with the amazing energy and dedication of our team, we're confident that even more children will feel the joy of Christmas.   Nicolas Regost began his journey with H&H Group back in 2012, when our entire R&D department consisted of just six people, and he proudly became the first R&D team member based outside of China.  Since then, both H&H and Nicolas have evolved tremendously. Throughout his career with us, he has embraced diverse roles across the organisation while always staying closely connected to R&D, from infant milk formula to baby supplements and adult nutrition. In 2022, after ten years with the company, he felt it was the right moment to explore something new. Stepping into the insect industry, joining a French start-up for two years and emerging into a very different field. But H&H has always been a special place to Nicolas, and he was grateful for the opportunity to return in 2024 - something that felt very natural to him. Since rejoining, Nicolas has joined the team in leading many projects, including the development of an innovative infant milk formula for the China market, which is now close to launching. He is incredibly proud that this upcoming product will introduce cutting-edge nutritional science to Chinese babies, a true milestone that reflects the dedication, collaboration, and expertise of our fantastic team. Nicolas' contribution has been invaluable to H&H as we continue to innovate for healthy, happy families around the world.   Swisse Wellness (part of H&H Group) Australia laced up their hiking boots last month and joined charity partner One in Five for their annual Hike for Hope, in the stunning Sugarloaf Reservoir Park just outside Melbourne, Australia.  Hike for Hope is a fundraising event supporting medical research for mental illness, aiming to raise money towards finding cures for better treatments in this space. Mental illness is one of the leading causes of disibility in Australia, yet still critically underfunded.  The dedicated hikers braved the icy morning to help raise awareness and funds for research. For many of the team, the hike was also a chance to honour loved ones and show solidarity with the millions of Australians impacted by mental illness.  The H&H Foundation is proud to support One in Five, moving towards a future where mental illness is better understood, treated and, one day, cured.   #InspiringWellness #HealthAndHappiness #OneInFive #MentalHealthAwareness #HikeForHope

The launch at The Shilla Seoul hotel gathered representatives from government, distribution partners, leading e-commerce platforms, veterinarians, industry experts, media and passionate pet community stakeholders. Guests were introduced to Zesty Paws' distinctive brand story and the brand's commitment to premium, effective wellness solutions for pets. Associate Director of Pet Nutrition for Asia Wayne W. Wang said of the launch: "The launch of Zesty Paws in Korea is a significant milestone for H&H Group. This entry not only introduces the brands trusted expertise to a new audience but also reinforces our commitment to shaping the future of holistic pet wellbeing across Asia.” Korean pet parents expect transparency, safety and real results, and this launch demonstrates the brand's dedication to delivering products that meet those expectations.   We're pleased to share our nine-month operational update ending 30th September 2025. The Group reported double-digit revenue growth, achieving growth across all three business segments. This was led by the solid performance of the Group's core business - Adult Nutrition and Care (ANC) in Chinese mainland and Australia & New Zealand, Baby Nutrition and Care (BNC) in Chinese mainland and Pet Nutrition and Care (PNC) in North America - as well as the sustained growth of our nutritional supplements category. The Group's ANC segment achieved single-digit growth, with double-digit growth in Chinese mainland and single-digit growth in the domestic market in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). Swisse Wellness (part of H&H Group) reinforced its No.1 position in the overall VHMS market in Chinese mainland* and in ANZ**. We're also continuing our robust growth trajectory across key expansion markets. Our BNC segment reached double-digit growth thanks largely to the resurgence of our infant milk formula (IMF) business which rebounded to double-digit growth. The PNC segment reported consistent growth, led by Zesty Paws' strong performance in North America.
