We currently have 73 stores on 22 markets and offer online selling on 32 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!

Job Description

We are looking for an Area Manager to join our area team in Area South Europe (FR/BE/LU/IT/ES). We believe you are a strong, value-driven leader that inspire, develop and challenge your team to achieve excellent results. You should also thrive to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, put the customer at the center of everything you do and be passionate about shaping the future of & Other Stories.

Qualifications

We would love to meet someone who:

•has strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit as well as a drive to achieve strong results, both long term and short term. 

•has solid strategic skills, possessing the ability to understand the customer and customer experience in a 360 way in a complex context.

•has a strong vision for customer experience and how to run our different channels to reach long term vision for the brand.

•is action-oriented and pragmatic: Strong ability to transform plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements.

•is Commercial: ability to understand how to drive customer offer, experience, operations to achieve outstanding sales & profit.

•has passion for the customer and business, as well as a curiosity for the world, the customer and the customer behaviour.

•is a very strong leader with ability to lead different kind of roles, in different functions and contexts.

•has experience of being an Area Manager or similar role.

 

Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivering an inspirational and smooth customer experience which create more and stronger bonds. Secure relevant, responsible & profitable growth. You enable inclusive and welcoming workplace and ensure great teams.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

Selling, Profitability, Area team & Stores, Commercial agenda

Additional Information

This local contract position is placed in Paris and includes travels on weekly basis to our existing and upcoming stores within Area South. You will work closely together with your Area team and stores, and you will report to your Global Omni Sales Manager. This is a permanent position and starts upon agreement.
