engueller employes et les clients ont deranges

J'avais rendez-vous et lorsque je me suis presente, la responsable du bureau, comme j'ai appris plus tard m'a recu comme si je n'avais pas d'affaire là. La personne qui a preparer mes documents s'est excusé a plus d'une reprisse et m'a service de facon professionnel. j'avais oublié une facture et je voulais lui demandé de la rajouter, toutefois, elle se faisait engueller par cette responsable, qui entre autre lui disait qque des clients comme moi, H&RBlock n'en a pas besoin. Je ne reviendrai pas

I arrived to be received like if I was in the way. I was then show to on office were someone tried to help me professionnally, but she was interompted twice by her boss for question and phone call. Did not like that... and it took two weeks to get my return by someone else how did not even know tax. NOT HAPPY

Nouveau client Je suis déçu du service après un mois j'ai appelé pour faire un suivi on donne une explication deux semaines plus tard je rappelle on me donne une autre version pour ensuite référer au supérieur qui ne répond pas...Je laisse un message de me rappeler...chose qui s'est pas produite va falloir y aller en personne pour savoir où ils en sont....pas très professionnel ☹️
