But… If looking to install brighter "low beam" lights into factory H11 sockets, then perhaps modified H9 bulbs will work instead? Since the HID bulb uses it's own connection and the wires feed out, the h11B pins don't really matter? Only have to worry about the correct bulb size to fit in the housing. Mine were just normal H11 #8 · Feb 20, 2012 Thought it might have h11B because when you go to select the kit on xenonsupply, it automatically selects H11b bulbs for the 2011 Elantra. Could have just standard H11 though, I haven't pulled them out to look #9 · Feb 21, 2012 To install my H11 HIDs to H11b bulbs all I had to do was drill a 2" hole in the dustcap and feed the wires thru..but now the only thing is I feel that at night my 8000k lights are bright but aim way too low..how do I aim them higher???? #11 · Nov 14, 2019 I have a 2011 elantra touring hatchback, and the book at Auto zone said h11, but the current bill matches the h11b config.
