From learning to impact!

PROSPECT delivers a robust peer-to-peer capacity-building programme that helps Local and Regional Authorities (LRAs) and energy and climate agencies implement their sustainable energy actions by moving beyond traditional public funding. Through innovative financing schemes (i.e., Energy Performance Contracting, Revolving funds and Intracting, Green Bonds) and enabling structures, such as one-stop-shops, energy agencies, and energy communities, LRAs gain the skills to attract private capital and scale up their initiatives.

Since its start 8 years ago, the EU funded PROSPECT initiative has supported more than 400 LRAs across Europe!
