The Hammer C3 31 combination machine is the smallest and most affordable version of the Hammer C3 combination machine series. It combines a table saw, spindle moulder with jointer and planer functions, with the possibility of adding a mortising table. The C3 31 Comfort is the upgraded version of this machine.

The C3 31 is very similar to to the B3 Basic and the K3 Basic, but then with the A3 31 jointer planer tacked on the side. This addition does take extra space, which shows in the limited rip capacity of the saw compared to the saw-only version (K3 Basic).

Another downside compared to the B3 and K3 series is that the C3 uses the jointer fence for both jointing and sawing/moulding. This fence is inferior to the standard saw fence, as it has more flex and is shorter.

Compared to buying a B3 Basic saw/spindle-moulder and A3 31 Jointer Planer separately, the C3 31 is less than 10% cheaper. That means the decision between a single combination machine or multiple individual machines is less one of cost and more one of space.

1. Do yu have any recommended brand of saw blade that will fit on these product for cutting wood, plywood , acrylic glass and aluminum plate..how many tooth as well, can i use thi kerf or thick kerf? As it has 2 small leg on the spindle that need to go through the blade.
