Introduction

Shin & Kim opened its Hanoi office on February 26, 2018, and has since been providing a wide range of legal services to clients within and outside of Vietnam. Shin & Kim’s Hanoi office is led by Mr. Hong Ju Kim, an attorney with experience in a wide array of fields, including foreign investment, corporate, labor affairs, dispute resolution, construction and real estate, in both Vietnam and Korea. He is assisted by Mr. Jihyuk (Jake) Song, who has experience in international arbitration and corporate advisory work, along with 12 Vietnamese licensed attorneys and paralegals.

By establishing a presence in the political capital of Vietnam with a high concentration of central government agencies, Shin & Kim is well positioned to increase its legal advisory capacities and provide more comprehensive legal solutions for our clients in Vietnam. Moreover, in February 2024, Shin & Kim’s Hanoi office expanded to its new location in Lotte Center Hanoi to better situate ourselves to support our clients’ demands for excellent legal services, which our clients have come to expect from Shin & Kim.

Through close, systematic cooperation among our diverse array of legal specialists located in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and the head office in Korea, Shin & Kim is dedicated to taking advantage of all available resources to provide the most efficient and effective legal solutions for our clients.
