hCAD map application is developed by using the google map Api v2 . Application is developed for sectors that need a cadastral map in two dimensions. This application,- In the map business and operations , - Working in real estate appraisal or valuation - The Expert Witness ,etc. sectors to calculate area of the parcel , parcel location and navigation on the ground , check the edges , making simple measurements (coarse position error ). HCAD APPLICATION FEATURES:- Works on version Android 4 and on newer versions . - KML/KMZ Open , insert and KML save . - Cooordinates supported in Latitude,Longitude (WGS 84), ITRF96 (3 and 6 degrees(UTM k0=0.9996)), ED50 (3 and 6 degrees(UTM k0=0.9996)) - One-Click parcel area calculation. Calculating area by clicking points(marker). - Navigation to parcel. - Calculate length between points . - Save working practice to dxf. - Records points (markers) to txt file. - Add points from KML/KMZ. - Coordinate mesurement - Average Coordinate measurement and caculation. - Affine transformation with given parameters. - Tranformation between UTM,ED50 and ITRF96 3 -6 degrees. - Show 1/25000 map layouts (Only for Turkey) . - Find parcel on map within kml/kmz file. - Supported by application Konum Fix KML data . - Find latitude,longitude from address geolocation. - Find address from selected point in map.
