(BW) is founded on a shared vision between Warburg Pincus and Becamex to become the largest for-rent industrial and logistics real estate platform in Vietnam, providing high quality factory for rent and warehouse for rent. BW has a long-term goal to capture the outsized growth driven by the transformative shift at the base of manufacturing occurring in the country as well as its rising domestic consumption. BW has initial investment of over US$200 million as well as 230 ha of projects over the country in 2018 and will expand by another 170 ha in 2019 to meet the rising call from customers.

I.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing email
• Collect and prepare documents for meeting schedules in local and overseas travelling of sales team
• Booking the ticket, hotel, and transportation for team business trip
• Translation of documents and interpretation in English/Chinese/Vietnamese if required
• Answer correspondence and compose meeting minutes, memorandum and letters
• Prepare sales proposals, contract and addendum letters
• Data entry; organise and maintain file system; file correspondence and other records
• Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver messages
• Input and update account information in sales system
• Collect and organize market data
• Conduct market research about Supply, demand, competitor landscape
• Support factory and warehouse leasing team on sales proposal, and legal document preparations
• Support sales to meet clients and business partners, and conduct site visits
• Perform other related duties as required by direct manager

II. Requirements:

• Preferably with a Degree of Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science or related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Well organization & time management
• Be honest and trustful person
• Good in communication skill
• Good interpersonal skill, problem solving capabilities
