CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

· JOB OVERVIEW

- Corporate Unit: Schenker Vietnam – Binh Duong Branch

- Department: Logistics/SCM

- Location: Saigon High tech Park – Disct. 09

- Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

· SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Support and follow instructions from Customer Service Manager.

- Coordinate with related parties to ensure that daily operations are smooth & effective.

- Coordinate with warehouse & transportation team to prepare required documents for shipment. Follow up the shipment.

- Feedback customer’s concern in a timely manner and support to solve customers’ issue effectively.

- Do daily reports and send out on time.

- Report the issue directly to Customer Service Manager to be consulted once needed.

· REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good attitude & communication.

- Laborious, careful, diligent, honest, hard-working and discipline.

- Active and willing to work under high pressure.

- High command of English.

- Good Computer Skills: Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint.

· EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Experienced is an advantage

- Graduated from university
