Job Description:

- Support sales team follow up with customers, manage customer data

- Receive incoming calls, transfer to salesperson in charge

- Prepare and monitor contracts

- Prepare debit notes, invoice, printing

- Management of debts, payment, check billing information, follow up AR (account receivable), check overdue AR, sending red invoice.

- Set up an appointment with customers

- Weekly training

- Have guider at first week on the job

Requirement

- Female, 21-25

- Graduated from university / college in business, has Sales Admin orientation

- Good speaking and writing in English + Japanese N4( business N3)

- Can use basic Word / Excel / Powerpoint

- Good with number

- Careful, meticulous at work

- Friendly, sociable, eager to learn

- Be good at using technology, like to experience new applications

- Have working experience as Sales Admin position is an advantage

Salary: Negotiate
