Job Description

  • Support marketing related administration and documentation:
  • Prepare/create/submit required documents on behalf of marketing team;
  • Process the agreement, purchase order, and procurement for media and marketing booking.
  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects on digital channels;
  • Support acquiring/creating content and media resources
  • Uploading and managing posts on multiple media platforms
  • Support recurring channel performance reports, market research, reports, and campaign documentation
  • To work under the time management with the dedication to team’s goal;
  • Ensure the operational tasks are completed and delivered to the reporting manager accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from Top Universities;
  • Good communication skill, self-driven, attention to detail and enthusiasm to pursue excellence;
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Passionate about marketing
  • Excel, Word, Powerpoint expertised
  • Careful, quick learning
  • Familiar with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio is preferred.
