-Assist on-boarding procedure for new employees

-Apply visa process and work permit for expats

-Follow up roster update of all departments

-Update and record employee dossier

-Record employee monthly leave

-Other tasks assigned by HRM

Job requirements:

-College degree or above

-No experience required

-Able to communicate in Engilsh

-Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email

-Conduct project-related market research guided by Business Development Assistant

-Maintain database of company's potential clients, partners and competitors
