Suntory Pepsico Vietnam is looking for a Hunman Resource Intern (3 months), working for Talent Acquisition team. He/she will be taking reponsible for:

1. Employer Branding (50%) - Young Talent Programs:

  • Support team to arrange all of the logistics during selection and onboarding process
  • Communication and engagement with candidates (email / sms text / group zalo reminder)
  • Support technical on the day of event - Satisfaction survey - Reporting after campaign

2. Recruitment (30%):

  • Support sourcing and selection of assigned roles
  • Support to conduct Talent Mapping

3. Talent Acquisition Operations (20%):

  • Implement internal processes like onboarding, payment...
  • Other task as assigned

  • Good with Excel, reporting is a plus
