1. Department Activities (60%)

  • Support all internal and external HR Related inquiries or request
  • Produce and submit report on general HR activity
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HRBP team
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings; training, survey…) and take minutes
  • Prepare for resignation associates; do exit check list;
  • Manage Department Employee List (Internal, external, intern) and Department Organizational chart;
  • Support Department Head in organizing Department Events like Department meeting, Group Meeting, Workshops;
  • Manage department budget and purchasing;

2. Assistant to Department Head (40%)

  • Arrange DH’s calendar for internal meeting and external meeting.
  • Send meeting request to participants according to DH’s request.
  • Support travel arrangement for DH (visa, insurance, transportation, hotel and flight booking, advance and claim settlement).
  • Support in receiving/ sending courier for DH
  • Be willing to give support for DH for some arising issues.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretary, Linguistic.
  • Preferably at least 2 years experience in similar position
  • Good English skills (especially Speaking, Writing & listening)
  • Good communication and team work
  • Hard working, dynamic, detail-oriented, creative and well- organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point), especially Excel and Power point.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
