Key Accountabilities

• Support procurement transactions ensuring the purchase order process completion in alignment with strategic sourcing strategies and policies.
• Provide end user support and ensure materials delivery as per plants requirements.
• Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Administration, follow up with vendors on deliveries, check receipt. Organize files, record something relating to database. Mostly dealing with system, SAP, interact with vendors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Open for fresh graduates or having 1-2 years of experience
• Able to work full-time
• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning application experience
• Experience working in shared service operations
• Have experience with procurement or invoice to pay processes
• English communication, especially writing is a must
• High accuracy, agile, patient, diligent, resilient, willing to learn, system-oriented
