1. · Checking documents to ensure all invoices are issued accurately & billed to correct parties
2. · Coordinating with customer service team to provide information for billing process
3. · Coordinating with Quality team to ensure CW1 job files quality
4. · Sending invoices and shipments documents to request payment from customers
5. · Monitoring & following up the pending shipments
6. · Monitoring & following up internal billing to the other department
7. · Receiving & checking billing from vendor
8. · Making advance & urgent payment follow SOP
9. · Coordinating with Finance, ISSC to make sure all the cost & revenue are reported correctly on CW1
10. · Monthly report of Rev/Cost/GP
11. · Other tasks required by line manager

Requirements

1. Final-year University Student / Fresh graduate with associate's or bachelor's degree in related field (logistics, supply chain,...)
2. Ability to use English both spoken and written
3. Experience in CargoWise1 is a plus
4. Basic understanding of finance
5. Can work full time from Mon-Fri
6. Please submit CV in English only
