Responsibilities:

a. In charge of providing analysis package/approval process for all investment:

• Verify all the data from related functions and run the economic scenarios module by keeping abreast of the up-to-date investment module to accommodate all the latest LRB market/economic trends and changes.
• Provide meaningful economic analysis base for decision making from the top management and the regional function (Suntory Singapore)
• Provide clear writing-up CAPEX Memorandum for approval up to the top Management (Board members)

b. Monitoring and controlling investment tracking and execution of all investment:

• Monthly provide actual and forecast to budget owners in order to deliver project on time and within approved budget
• Develop and support bidding cost analysis to Procurement and Project teams in order to get cost-saving benefit through the negotiation
• Review financial terms in Ops CAPEX contracts and make counterproposal, if any.
• Establish KPI effective control process for Long Term Prepayment (B&C, Visicooler, Vending machine…)
• Make proposals by reviewing opportunity/risks for all investments

c. Consulting budget owners on CAPEX guideline, compliance process:

• Deploy CAPEX guideline instruction to budget owners to follow on time
• Conduct budget monitoring in Oracle system for compliance PR/PO and GR/IR (Good Receipt/ Invoice Receipt) process.
• Keep refreshing Opportunity/Risk assessment to improve CAPEX/LTP process

Qualifications

• Education: University level of Finance, preferable on ACCA or MBA of Economics
• Functional skill: Macro-economic, relevant Manufacturing, Market Share, Sales & Distribution strategy; VAS and GAAP background
• Soft skill: Lead/coaching DR; be strong and clear communication in Financial point of view to cross functions; work independently; leading group discussion
• Language: Good in English specially in writing for Capital investment MEMO
• Computer: Very good in Excel to build Economic model for data analysis, good in PowerPoint to present analysis.
• Experience in related field is required.
