System Information Quote Contact Information Computer system care and maintenance services for businesses

The IT Service Center would like to introduce to customers (units outside the International University) the service "Care and maintenance of computer systems, computer networks, office machines for schools and businesses". Perform maintenance and repair periodically or upon request.

Reference implementation content:

1. General check of the operating status of the entire computer network system, contact points and the firmness of plugs, power outlets, connection devices/jacks. Check Internet connection speed.

2. Check services, anti-virus software, Firewall.

3. Clean machines/equipment.

4. Check and reinforce cooling fans, ventilation fans, fix power cords, signal wires, and expansion devices.

5. Check, detect, and propose solutions to fix faulty hardware devices.

6. On-site repair/recommend repair for damaged equipment.

7. Clean up junk files in the computer, partition the hard drive (improve program processing speed).

8. Check for the latest version updates for anti-virus software installed on computers. Scan for viruses periodically.

9. Repair/reinstall faulty application programs, install additional application programs as required.

10. Check/perform periodic server backup. Backup data.

11. Support other IT operations within the scope and capabilities allowed.

12. Prepare detailed reports of work performed during maintenance. Prepare reports on the current status of the entire system. Carry out acceptance procedures.
