Upcoming Deadlines

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is due with all applications submitted on or before January 6, 2026.
• Final payment is due on or before January 6, 2026.
• After January 6, 2026, all applications must be accompanied by 100% of the total cost of the booth.
• Applications submitted without payment will not be assigned until payment is received.
