Không khí bên trong rất tốt, nhân viên rất thân thiện, tôi được chăm sóc bởi Nhân viên tên “NHÚ” và cô ấy rất tốt bụng và hòa nhã:) có vô số lựa chọn bên trong cửa hàng, cũng có một số túi hạn ngạch nhưng có một số điều kiện! Bạn có thể hỏi mọi người ở đó:)

Hermes should look for proper SA’s that represent the brand not thirsty for money. Also don’t judge it’s book by it’s cover.

My first interaction with the staff was a guy shouting at me from across the hall “SIR! NO PHOTOS! ”. I just wanted to buy some accessories for my fiancé back in Singapore, but they weren’t interested and followed me around like I was going to steal something, sneering when I asked for the prices like I couldn’t afford it. As a loyal customer of the New York, Prague, Ginza, Singapore and Bangkok outlets, I see no reason to give these kinds of SAs any business. I won’t return.

Lindy 30 can be bought here without having to accompany it with accessories. Kelly and Birkin is a different story. For that, you may have to try Hermes Tokyo if you want to skip the queue.
