1. POSITION SUMMARY

HR Staff needs to have basic knowledge about Human Resources functions from recruitment to internal communication and willingness to learn about the Compensation & Benefits section. If you have a passion for HR and look to kick start your career in the field, this is the place to be.The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. To meet True North School’s expectations, the HR Staff carries out the following broad and specific responsibilities across the following domains.2. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Take care of newcomers’ welcome from announcing their start to making sure they are well equipped at the workplace (with laptop, parking, working desks, fingerprint machine, etc.)- Follow up, manage employees documents and update personnel database on HR software;- Prepare personnel documents on requested by BOM or HR Leader- Guide and support to help identify, prevent and resolve HR related issues that may arise;- Build up, maintain and protect the School’s reputation and image externally;- Check employees’ attendance and assist with the monthly payroll;- Support with the monthly payroll and insurance calculation and prepare the required procedures to the insurance agency;- Support with the notification of increase/decrease PTI health insurance; and,- Assist with contract preparation and other required papers;- Design posters/job posts and advertise on recruitment channels- Screening CVs and shortlisted candidates- Take care of interviewees on their arrival and make sure the interviews happen smoothly & professionally- Support HR Executive to collect, send and store the expats’ papers for visa, work permit procedure and coordinate with vendors when required- Follow up the contract and payment with the legal vendors- Work closely with other HR members to contribute ideas, make plans, set up and carry out internal gatherings, orientation, school tours, team-building activities, trips, etc.- Engage the other TNS members and make sure their highest working satisfaction and commitment;- Build up, maintain and protect the School’s reputation and image internally;

WHAT YOU OFFER US- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations;- Good communication skills (verbal and written in English and Vietnamese);- Honest and integrated; Friendly & open-minded;- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills;- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills;- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.4.
