Admin & Customer Service ( Staff)

We are looking for a reliable office admin & CS staff who will undertake administrative and CS related tasks

Responsibilities

- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

- Respond customers’ queries and comments on SNS

- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc)

Requirements

- Excellent organisational skills

- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Meticulous, optimistic, extrovert personality
