Hoa Baby hay còn gọi là hoa Chấm bi, tên khoa học là Gypsophila paniculata, là một loài thực vật có hoa trong họ Cẩm chướng (Caryophyllaceae), có xuất xứ từ vùng Địa Trung Hải và Đông Âu, Baby (Baby's Breath) là tên của những hoa thơm nhỏ xíu như những bông tuyết. Hoa baby - Gypsophila paniculata, có nghĩa là "thích phấn" (love chalk) do chúng ưa sống trên vùng đất đá vôi (gypsophily: tính ưa đá vôi, ưa thạch cao).Hoa Baby có tên khoa học là Gypsophila paniculata, thuộc họ Cẩm Chướng (Caryophyllaceae), các tên thông dụng trong tiếng Anh như Gypsophila, Gyp, Baby's Breath, Happy Festival, Festival star.Hoa baby xuất phát từ tên "Baby’s breath", có nghĩa là hơi thở trẻ thơ. Nó đẹp và mong manh như hơi thở trẻ thơ.Hoa Baby trắng tượng trưng cho tình yêu tinh khiết, thuần khiết, và ngây thơ, trong trắng.​Hoa Baby trắngHoa Baby thường có màu trắng, loại mà ta hay gặp, ngoài ra hoa Baby còn có màu hồng rất hiếm gặp. Hoa Baby nhỏ li ti và trắng buốt như những hạt tuyết nhỏ.Hoa Baby hồngHoa baby có thể bó riêng một mình nó, hoặc có thể bó kèm với một số loại hoa khác như hồng, lyly, đồng tiền,...
