South Western Ambulance Service have thoroughly enjoyed working with Liaison One Call. Their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in designing our Wellbeing Portal, which we have proactively shared with all of our teams and people across the Trust. The portal has been received extremely well, with lots of people actively engaging with the information and seeking out new ways they can proactively look after their physical and mental wellbeing.

Peter’s team in an effort to reduce staff recruitment costs and improve workforce retention at Kings College Hospital,  introduced additional work life balance benefits via a Salary Sacrifice programme from Liaison OneCall resulting in savings in excess of £1,000,000 over three years on workforce retention alone.

“So good has staff participation been that we are now into our 12 benefit window and the savings for both the Trust and the staff engaged in the programme are increasingly significant.  For a programme that costs nothing and is entirely managed remotely we are retaining a happier and more engaged workforce. 

Overall the Trust seen a drop in the number of annual levers by about 100, which in turn reduces recruitment costs by about £400,000 a year.”
