The TMMi Foundation is a non-profit organization, which supports organizations around the world to improve their software and system testing and achieve higher and sustainable levels of product quality for the systems they are developing and maintaining. With TMMi, these organizations can assess and improve their test processes in a cost effective manner and, if required,  become formally certified.

We provide:

• A freely available software quality and test maturity model named Test Maturity Model integration, (the TMMi® Model).  This model has been confirmed to be the number one model for test process improvement in the world.
• Knowledge certification called TMMi Professional and TMMi test process improver to demonstrate an understanding of the model and provide visibility for leading professionals in the field of test process improvement. Recognized training providers deliver TMMi Professional training world-wide.
• A path and training to become an accredited TMMi Assessor and/or Lead Assessor.
• A TMMi Assessment Method (TAM) under license, for use by accredited TMMi Assessors and Lead Assessors, to enable formal and informal assessments to be undertaken.
• A framework for organizations to build their own assessment method; the TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirements (TAMAR) describes all the details with which a TMMi assessment method must comply in order to be accredited.

Local representation of the TMMi Foundation is provided through so-called TMMi local chapters.

La fondation TMMi est une organisation à but non lucratif basée en Irlande, dont le but est d'aider les organisations à travers le monde à améliorer leur test logiciel et à atteindre un meilleur niveau de qualité des produits logiciels qu'elles développent. Avec TMMi, les organisations peuvent évaluer et améliorer leur processus de test, et, si nécessaire, être formellement certifiées.Nous fournissons:

• Un modèle de maturité de la qualité logicielle et du test disponiblegratuitement, appelé TMMi (r) (Test Maturity Model integration). Ce modèle est désormais le modèle le plus utilisé dans le monde pour l'amélioration des processus de test.
• Un dispositif de certifications de connaissances avec le TMMi Professional (Professionnel TMMi) et le TMMi test process improver (responsable d'amélioration des processus de test avec TMMi) permettant de garantir une juste compréhension du modèle et d'offrir de la visibilité aux professionnels de l'amélioration des processus de test. Des organismes de formation reconnus fournissent des formations TMMi dans le monde entier.
• Un parcours et des formations pour devenir évaluateur TMMi avec le premier statut de TMMi Assessor puis celui de TMMi Lead Assessor.
• Une méthode d'évaluation TMMi (TMMi Assessment Method (TAM)) sous licence, utilisable par des Assessors et Lead Assessors accrédités, pour réaliser des évaluations formelles et informelles.
• Un dispositif pour les sociétés désireuses de créer leur propre méthode d'évaluation: le TAMAR (TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirements) qui décrit toutes les exigences qu'une méthode d'évaluation doit satisfaire afin d'être accréditée.

La Fundación TMMi es una organización sin ánimo de lucro con sede en Irlanda y cuyo principal objetivo es dar soporte a las organizaciones a nivel mundial para mejorar las pruebas del software y alcanzar niveles superiores de madurez de la calidad del producto software que están desarrollando. Con TMMi, las organizaciones pueden evaluar y mejorar sus procesos de pruebas, y si lo requieren certificarse formalmente.

Proporcionamos:

• Un modelo de madurez de pruebas software gratuito llamado Test Maturity Model integration (Modelo TMMi®). Está confirmado que este modelo es el número uno de los modelos de mejora del proceso de pruebas a nivel mundial.
• Dos certificaciones personales llamadas TMMi Professional y  TMMi test process improver, que demuestra el entendimiento del modelo y proporciona visibilidad del liderazgo profesional en el campo de la mejora del proceso de pruebas. Los formadores reconocidos (Recognized training providers)  proporcionan formación de TMMi Professional a nivel mundial.
• Una carrera formativa y profesional para convertirse en TMMi Assessor o Lead Assessor acreditado.
• Un método de evaluación (TMMi Assessment Method- TAM), bajo licencia de uso, para realizar evaluaciones formales e informales por parte de los TMMi Assessors y Lead Assessors.
• Un marco de trabajo para que las organizaciones puedan desarrollar su propio método de evaluación de procesos; el TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirements (TAMAR) que contiene los requisitos que deben cumplir un método de evaluación para ser acreditado.

La representación de la Fundación TMMi en los diferentes países se proporciona a través de los llamados capítulos locales de TMMi.
