i have to show first and second quarter ,half year and ytd of the same year in one field instead of separate columns of half year and quarter..

This is not advisable what u are looking for...

Try something like this... Qrtr&'-'&HalfYear As Column1

Can you provide the scenario in which you are going to implement this requirement..?

Hi Pradeep,

I want to create a bar chart that have Q1,Q2,H1 and YTD as dimension .for this i have to create all of these four in one column in backend.And will use this column as dimension in frontend.

In this scenario, create a "drill down group" as dimension.

Dimension tab-->Edit Groups-->New--> Add 'Half Year' Column and then "Quarter" Column
