In the next SAP screen,

  1. Enter the Organizational Unit. You can search for the Org Unit if required
  2. Select the Reporting Period. In case you do not want to run the report for a period , select Key date , which will run the report for the particular date you have selected
  3. Select Status , which gives you the option to select the Plan version.
