First option is "Reset to Factory" which is a command of Loader.exe and it wipes the data and deletes any IT policies on your BlackBerry smartphone.
This command can only be used in case of direct USB connection between the phone and your PC.
For Performing the ResetToFactory process you should follow the steps below:
- Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer via USB cable.

- Type the following command:
- For Windows 32-bit:cd C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\BAS\etc\device\loader
- For Windows 64-bit:cd C:\Program Files(x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\BAS\etc\device\loader

After you restored your device to its default settings, you can run the setup application on your device to set up the device again.
