In this video tutorial we can see how to remove and replace the front grille of the Volvo S60. First, you need to remove the upper plastic strip by unscrewing all the screws that hold it tight. Subsequently, by slightly lifting the upper part of the bumper, we can see some interlocking clips that act as the main support of the grille to the bodywork. With a flat and plastic tool we have to proceed to disengage all these clips, as shown in the video. With the upper clips removed, we proceed by removing the lower ones as well and the grille will come off. The assembly of the spare part will be decidedly more immediate, as it is sufficient to insert it from the front and make sure it is firmly fixed to the bumper. How to Install a Xenon Headlight Kit

The video guide shows the installation of a xenon headlight kit compatible with the canbus system to avoid error signals from the vehicle's control unit. After removing the front light assemblies, proceed to replace the original bulb with the one provided in the xenon kit and prepare the connections to the ballast, the control unit for the new headlights. As seen in the video, the ballast can be installed on the headlight itself. Reassemble the light assemblies and make the necessary connections to the vehicle's electrical system. The operation is not very complicated or lengthy; as shown in the video, a bit of manual skill is sufficient. The operation is performed on an Audi A6 in the video.
