How To Wear A Silk Saree Perfectly|Step By Step Tutorial

You all will agree with me that there is something special about silk sarees. They bring a whole new level of class and elegance. You can never go wrong with a silk saree. Definitely looks classy in every occasion. But to pull it off with an arresting look is bit tricky. It is very important to drape it properly because of it’s smooth texture. So in this video/post I am sharing step by step tutorial to drape silk saree perfectly.

These simple tips will help you to understand that how to wear silk sarees with ease to look slim & tall. तो टेंशन नहीं लेने का and  learn how you can look slim in a saree. So let’s begin:

For darping a saree perfectly, you must keep these things in mind. 

1. Your petticoat must contrast your saree well and you should always get the blouse stitched with good fitting. Loose blouses give a hideous look and will spoil whole look.

2. To get the saree tucked properly, you should use a handful of safety pins . Make sure you pin up nicely and hide the pins. 

3. To know the exact length of your saree, you should  wear your heels (footwear) before draping it. It would give you the exact height and would never need readjustments.

4. No pleats on Pallu with Net & Georgette saree.

For darping a saree perfectly, you must keep this in mind. Do ensure that your petticoat or underskirt matches the color of your saree especially if it is lace, raw cotton or sheer.

For more glam sarees, you could also go for a shimmer petticoat.

Also wear heels before draping your saree.
