The Pavilion 15z-ec200 is an honorable contender, but it'd take a storage and graphics upgrade to make it a winner. If you're in the market for a reasonably priced gaming laptop that can deliver a lively 1080p playing experience, the Acer Nitro 5 and the MSI Bravo 15 are more compelling choices.
