HP Pavilion X2 Audio And Touch Sceen Drivers Missing

Basically all the audio and touch screen drivers are missing from my device and not showing up in the device manager.

The device is a HP Pavilion x2 - 10-N015NZ (energy star?)

I remember updating from Windows 8 to Windows 10. After the update i wanted to update all the drivers that may have been outdated so I went into the device manager.

What i suspect to have caused the problem, is that I updated more than one driver at the same time without restarting in between them, because 2 of the 4 drivers I updated where exactly these two that are missing now. HELP, i don't know what to do! As for the other two drivers I don't remember what they were, but they haven't caused any problems as of now.

As for both audio and touch screen, they both work when going into the HP hardware diagnostic UEFI, but NOT in the HP hardware diagnostic app. Because of that I can exclude hardware failure. Windows recovery with full disk clear doesn't work, as the OS doesn't detect the Hardware. I don't know what to do.

have you tried uninstalling the non working drivers and downloading/reinstalling the drivers direct from the manufacturers website? https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-10-n000-x2-detachable-pc/7771371/model/8729243

Yes, it doesn't detect the hardware, it says there are no speakers connected. But there definitely is no hardware problem as they both work in the HP Hardware diag. Uefi. Based on this bios problems can be excluded as well. (I tried updating bios to newest version, didn't fix anything.)

while your link is for the wrong device (mine is version 10-N015NZ and not 10-n100), I am now trying downloading the softpaq download manager and to do it from there.

didn't work, only supports business and enterprise devices. any other suggestions?
