This is in general for HP printers. Will never buy a HP printer again. Can't use OEM printer cartridge.

Outstanding service! My printer (quite recently purchased LaserJet MFP M236dw) suddenly started flashing Error 11 (incompatible toner) without me having touched anything. Took it straight to these folks (walk-in, no appointment). Wei, who attended to my issue, was very polite, patient and quickly helped me out. I was immediately briefed on steps that she would take to check the printer, how much time to expect, and next steps. She finally replaced the toner, took tests prints, verified the contents, sealed the box, paperwork over in 5 mins, and didn’t pay a cent due to warranty. Was in & out in 30 mins tops. While I might not rate the printer itself 5 stars, would definitely rate the service as top class. Great experience!

I got a HP envy ink cartridge from Challenger (Parkway Parade). As soon as I installed it, my printer showed an error message. It said that "the Cartridge is faulty, please remove the cartridge" So I called the HP service Centre, they told me that I have to take it to Henderson Road service Centre. I told them that Parkway parade is quite close to me, can i go and replace it there in Challenger. They denied it and said that it can be replaced only at the service centre. My question is why is the customer punished for HP's mistake. Will they pay my Taxi charges. BTW my taxi charges were coming to $40 (non peak hour). At least they should keep few options open. HP is not at all flexible to their customers needs. Sorry to say but I feel that HP has to improve on their customer service.or a day will come when they have to shut down their shop.

Very bad support. I logged the case, and nobody follow up. All advertisement just looks nice from outside, but the support is very very bad. I am still waiting someone from HP Support to fix my laptop issue.

I regret buying HP products, the support is the worst. They do not care at all although your product is still warranty. Think twice if you want to buy HP product for your personal use.

Hp desk jet 2722e printer is rubbish. Need to subscribe to their ink supply in order to print. Even when cartridges are full they do not allow printer to work if there is no subscription. Basically forcing consumer to pay in order to print. Do not buy from HP.

Don't bother with these guys if you're trying to fix your out-of-warranty machine. They will charge an arm and a leg and take days to resolve easy issues like replacing a battery. Completely worthless in every regard. Toss your coin towards the dozens of smaller repair shops.

Brought my ink cartridge to do a one to one exchange, because when I called the service centre that's what they said. Only to be told they don't have stock and that the stock would take 1 month. Bloody waste of my time!

They are polite. Give u good service. They even let me use their computer to back up the importance files from my laptop. Fast repair time and trusted free delivery

Trolley was available so tt you can bring your heavy printer etc up to their office. Although my printer could not be fixed, they were able to recommend replacement printer options straight away even though it was already close to office closing time.

Recently, I purchased a mouse from HP SG official website. However, they sent me a different model that I did not select. According to them, they don't sell this model on their website so asked me to provide product specification and SKU to figure out what happened. Apparently, they could not figure out the source of mistakes and struggled to find out reason. For normal companies, they should be able to track down the reasons internally, but HP did not know how to, and chose to bother a customer instead. For the technical information such as product specification and SKU, HP should have it internally already instead of bothering a customer who is already unhappy with a wrong model delivery. I have never seen an electronic companies who ask customers those kind of technical information instead they found out on their own. There's a reason why HP is well know for their poor customer service.

This is my negative experience and dissatisfaction with HP services. I bought the printer on December 14th, but it is faulty, with error code 001B5D09. On December 15, support engineer confirmed that the printer is faulty and that she will arrange for a replacement. I've been waiting since yesterday, but nothing from HP has been arranged. I had been expecting their call from yesterday until today december 22 and was surprised to receive an email informing me that they had called mobile but were unable to reach anyone. I have no miss call at all, been waiting whole day to receive exchange. Till now no email or call from hp. Really bad feel scam.

Seriously not worth getting any brand from hp at all.service centre take donkey years just to get back to me for repair cost. 1st they quote close to $300-$400 for replacement with GST and service charge than after 2 weeks later call and inform me they quote wrongly than become 1.3k just for replacement of parts.must well I get new printer for 1.3k? Ask them to double check is it quote wrongly than never get back till now already 1 mth plus seriously suck.not going to get anything from hp again in my life

Horrible after warranty service, took 10 days after approving the repair to order a part when they said it was only going to take 1 day, another 2 days for the part to come. Never trust HP to take care of your laptop after warranty

Very pleasant staff and helpful too. Witness and elderly man came in with printer "issue" he couldn't understand. HP Service Staff assisted to explain the printer has prompted Waste Cartridge is full, not only did he rectify the issue also taking time to show how to access the toner and waste Cartridge. I was very impressed by the quality service provided. I brought my laptop, technician was quick to check and analyse it to a faulty SSD. 4 days after submitting the T&C and accepting their quotation for repair and replacement. I was notified via email and staff followup with phone calls since I was taken busy. Excellent service and courteous people behind the HP brand. Thank you all for the wonderful experience throughout.

Went in on a weekday 3pm with a home printer that was problematic for a few weeks already. Called tech support and engaged online tech assistant before coming in but was not helpful. I arrived and was served by Karen who was really transparent and helpful in dealing with my printer even tho i came in without calling and the centre did not specialise in printer repair. Want to say thanks for the care and attention in her service.:)

I was served by Karren. She is quite friendly who suggested what to do or not to do on my 5 yrs old laptop. Her colleague who wore a yellow dress is quite friendly too. They help me by not charging me in the form of good will. Great services! Keep it up!

Repair and response good. But after u make payment and request for a simple tax invoice, you are asked to wait without a deadline. After pushing, they said u need to wait for 48hours. Ridiculous. It is E-Invoice, not from Fedex or DHL. Take money, immediate. Request for something else, need such long time!
