Fees and Charges

Finance charges:

Retail Monthly Nominal Interest Rate: 3% per month
Retail Monthly Effective Interest Rate: 2.89% per month
Cash Advance Monthly Nominal Interest Rate: 3% per month
Cash Advance Monthly Effective Interest Rate: 3.04% per month

Annual fees:

Your annual fee is waived for the first year from your card's issue date. From year 2 onwards, the annual fee will be:

Primary Card: PHP2,500
Supplementary Card: PHP1,250

Frequently asked questions

When will my rebate/cashback be credited?

The total cash back earned on a calendar month will be posted to the Primary Cardholder’s account by the fourth week of the succeeding calendar month. For example, the cash back earned for any transaction made from January 1-31, will be posted by the fourth week of February.

If I have earned bonus points from my old Gold Card, can I still redeem them?

You may continue to redeem until your points expire.

How/when will I get my welcome gift?

Client to receive a PHP2,500 cash rebate upon meeting the PHP5,000 accumulated spend requirement.
Crediting will only be done once per Cardholder for this promotion. The Cardholder will also be notified of the credited rebate via SMS to his/her mobile number as registered in HSBC’s records.
