High waiting, counter all closed. Just CC collection more than 30 min. Not sure how service going to be in future

The CDM machine is literally useless, nonsense and time wasting. I want to bank in RM1000. The machine kept on rejecting my notes, when I shuffle the notes, it will accept some of it but then still rejecting other notes. After some time the machine will break down and I gotta use other machine and it is the same issue. I need to bank in twice as separate transaction then only the machine can accept some of my notes, yet still gave me the same trouble eventhough I gotta make separate transaction. Really annoying, useless and wasting my time. Fix the damn machine or replace the new one or I'll replace from using this bank and use other bank.

Excellent service from this branch! I entered, the officer asked got appointement? I said no, he asked me scan QR code get queue nu.few minutes my turn was called and served by friendly and courteous customer service Ms. Farhana with excellent service! 5 STARS for this branch and the customer service

The worst customer service. I dont know the staff actually working or no.i arrived about 15 minutes there take the number but still not calling until 20 to 30 mins.is this how the banking works? I came here means i have work to settledown.not just wasting my time looking like stupid wait for my number to be call up.if dont know how to do the work, then closed!

We bank in for the company, and there will be coins to bank in once. But the security guard doesn't let us use a machine that includes a coin. Then how do we want to bank in?

Visited HSBC queensbay branch 4 times due to unauthorised transaction on the debit card. The customer service is not helping at all! I have not got my money back and also the card. A lot of scams and data leaks from this bank! I recommend to never trust this HSBC Malaysia. Your data and money won’t be safe here.

Visited today due to unauthorized transactions for credit card. Called the helpline many times and no one answer call. Visited this brunch and I met a very helpful guard (not bank officer) to assist me went thru the whole process.

If you open in for lunch hour it is good, but not everyone have that patient to wait 1 hour and don’t eat at your bankyou guys so be more efficient at these hours, not in the hour of nobody

Not efficiency and poor services, hard to find parking spot! Need to wait until half and hour inside bank even a few ppl only, I will not come again next times!

Never seems to be able to find a carpark spot. Always short of staff. Min waiting time is at least 45 min to 1 hour. Please seriously consider hiring more staff.

Very good service. HSBC here is very friendly and courteous to the customers. I open a bank account but they provide service even after office hours. Besides, they realize my situation and provide the best options

As a premium priority customer. I can never find a preferred customer car park. These car parks are dominated for hours by inconsiderate customers who work in the vicinity as I suspect. Security should limit 1 hr parking there.

If you want faster service visit them during non-lunch hour, especially before 11am. Lunch hour waiting time may take long.
