The HSN android app has not been working for 3 years,I uninstall & reinstall so many times!!!.it's so frustrating!!!..I'm handicap & I like HSN,& like to order what i need!!!..i can't go out shopping anymore!!!..I've read so many negative comments about your app!!!..will U please fix it..it's like some bad haunting or curse or what is going on? How to fix HSN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

1. Close and restart the HSN app on iPhone
2. Update HSN app to the Latest Version for iOS
3. Uninstall and reinstall HSN iPhone app
4. Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HSN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

1. To resolve HSN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
   1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
   2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].
2. Turn off iphone VPN:
   1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix HSN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

1. Force Stop the HSN App
   1. On android, goto Settings » HSN » click [Force Stop]
2. Update HSN to the latest version on PlayStore
3. Clear HSN App Cache and Data:
   1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HSN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
   2. restart HSN.

Fix HSN unable to contact server/ HSN internet connection errors on Android:

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
2. Click HSN » [Force Stop]
3. Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
4. Again, goto HSN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
5. Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
6. Relaunch HSN
