   1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HSN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
   2. restart HSN.

Fix HSN unable to contact server/ HSN internet connection errors on Android:

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
2. Click HSN » [Force Stop]
3. Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
4. Again, goto HSN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
5. Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
6. Relaunch HSN
