  Compact size, Very short battery life.

  I like HTC phones very much and bought the HTC One M7 for it's small size; it's the only compact, full powered smart phone that operates on the T-Mobile network and supports their WiFi Text/Calling capabilities. Sadly it's battery life is less than a day so I've quit using an otherwise very good phone.

  Only one problem I see with this phone

  All HTC one m7's have a problem with rear camera , as it tends to burn out fast. Eventually you will start experiencing pink purple issues with rear camera in low light. I tend to use the camera quiet a bit and this is a down fall for this model. The amount of money you spend on purchasing phone and that happens. A lot of people are staying clear of these phones due to that issue.

  almost perfect

  This phone has everything except the obvious problem which is the lack of apps. However, it has a more serious problem which is facebook use. The facebook mobile site is so incredibly glitchy, I wont even bother saying what it does because there's too much to list Besides those things, this phone is fantastic. The battery lasts me twice as long as my Galaxy S6 active, whose battery was way bigger! This is a very elegant phone. Premium quality look and feel. The sound is superb! And loud! Pictures are ok, nothing to write home about. But they get the job done.

  Great phone!

  I love this phone!! It works well with my T-Mobile network, and even has the option to send calls over WiFi when I can't get a signal, which is really convenient. I love how fast it works and all the different features (being able to answer a call just by bringing it up to your ear!) The phone never lags, and I've installed a bunch of apps and the phone still has juice left at the end of a long day! You can't go wrong with this phone! The only negative thing is that the size might be hard to get used to. Its a tad bigger than the M7 and its harder to fit in your pocket (especially in jeans). The button to turn the screen on is hard to press (especially if you put a case on) and inconveniently placed. But I've learned to just double tap the screen to turn it on. I have bigger hands so the size of the phone isn't too big of an issue, but if you're shorter with smaller hands it might be harder to use.

  HTC One M8

  I like to buy year old tech. By then the jury is in and I can find the best value. My HTC One M8 is just such a value. A step up from LG. This camera is better than then the LG I owned and in general a faster and more responsive phone. The case is slippery but a there is a nice rubberized case out there that takes care of that problem fast. One things I miss is the Lollipop OS. Much better in several respects. I need to up grade.

  What's not to like?

  I bought two of these to replace HTC One S phones that had inadequate storage and were not 4G capable. The display is beautiful and these phones have plenty of storage and processing power. I really like the thin form factor and relatively light weight. While not exceptional, battery life is quite decent and the phones charge pretty quickly. The sound produced by the speakers is really good. We consistently get good signal strength both for voice and for data. With Android version 5.0.2, ample storage and plenty of power, these phones run all the apps we ever use. So, what's not to like?

  Quality phone

  I purchased this product based on critics reviews and customer feedback use. Being in my 60's, a new learning curve was expected. After using Samsung phones, the HTC works slightly different in the functions of how the phone is programmed. After a few mis-steps in understanding how to make it work smoothly for me, I had to give it up. Returned to a similar model Samsung ... and ahhh, felt like being back in comfortable clothes once again. Also, the double speakers were a slight disappointment ... as actually my one Samsung speaker phone seems to have better volume overall and similar clarity, to me. We even did a blindfold test. And in using earbuds -- clarity was similar to the Samsung. As I said, it was just the nuances that baffled me on how they worked. There were no issues with the phone -- it was in perfect condition. I was the only issue!

  Excellent Smart Phone

  This is my second HTC phone. It is very fast and is much more intuitive to use than the Samsung Galaxy line and the iPhones. It has external storage, micro-sd card slot where even applications can go and operate properly. Love this phone.
