I mean he was using dragon's bane vs serpant which is kinda unfair considering that dragon's bane perform the best with reactions while serpant can work as a solo weapon. Maybe have xingqiu on both teams next time. Anyways, I did a test with a friend who has C0 diluc with WG and my hutao with homa definitly out performs his diluc no matter with or without reactions by a large margin. (my hutao is C0 with C1 homa, all talent levels at 8)

This test wasn’t that great. Hu Tao is built kinda poorly and her talents are really low. Not to mention that her weapon is elemental mastery main stat and no reactions are happening. Try hu Tao with a crimson witch 4 pc and hp sands instead of attack sands. Because her base attack is very low, she barely benefits from attack sands and 2 piece glad. Also the 2 piece lavawalker isn’t adding any damage.

Sorry, but this comparison is heavily biased in favor of diluc.

He has bis artifacts while hu tao is running 2 piece lava (also atk% hourglass wtf?)

Hu tao has dragons bane, which has em as a substat and is only good with other characters. Diluc has serpent spine with crit rate sub that is actually usable without other units

Diluc has 2 constellations while hu tao has 1

Diluc has 8/8/8 talents while hu tao has 4/5/4

I dont want to be toxic here, but it feels like you tried to bias in favor of diluc as much as possible. A much more fair comparison would have been same constellations, same level talents, deathmatch for hu tao (as its a bp weapon like dilucs), the same half of the floor (instead of putting hu tao on second half while diluc on first), same artifacts, and give hu tao hp% hourglass because its her bis, like how diluc's bis hourglass is atk%
