HR at an Organic Beauty & Cosmetics Company

This is an all-natural, organic, and non-toxic health & beauty start-up whose mission is to bring pregnancy-safe and high-performance hair care and body care products to moms and moms-to-be. Located in the heart of Tribeca, New York City, interns will take on roles in which they shadow and directly support the HR team in all onboarding processes for open positions and current staff members.

Human Resources Internship

This non-profit organization is seeking interns on a rolling basis to learn about Human Resources in a practical environment as a supplement to their studies. Interns will be involved in supporting an active, internationally-focused, non-profit organization in many different facets of HR. Interns will be able to gain wide exposure to recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, training and meeting coordination, audits, and other projects as they occur day to day in the department.

HR Placement with International Recruiting Firm

This international recruiting firm is looking for a Human Resources intern to assist and learn from all aspects of the company. Previous interns have done the following: Researched and sourced potential candidates using Boolean Search, Google Alerts and Advanced LinkedIn for client assignments including executive level positions and top tier Irish law firms; Input searches into the database which added an additional 500+ qualified candidates to the system; Communicated with clients to create detailed job descriptions for executive positions and advertised to potential candidates via Irishjobs.ie and LinkedIn which increased the number of candidates for clients; Provided clients with feedback for potential candidates by conducting phone screenings as well as reference checks on 5-10 individuals which were used to determine the value of the candidate to the client and more.
