Hưng Thủy is a commune (xã) Lệ Thủy District, Quảng Bình Province, Vietnam. As of April 14, 2025, it was merged with Sen Thủy commune and Ngư Thủy commune to form Sen Ngư commune.[1]

Local economy is mainly agricultural, rice production and cattle breeding.
