The heart of self-coaching is that you are unique and no one knows your thoughts and feelings better than you do. That is why you are the most suitable person to coach you! You are qualified to coach yourself! At I Self Coach, we focus on corporations and help support employee well-being by also involving leaders and managers. We use our Web-App in combination with workshops and/or retreats to deepen self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
