Hello i just want to ask if 80C is ok on i7 12700k with noctua NH-U12S under 100% load and 30C when it is idle (it jumps from 30C to 70C and then goes a bit slower to 80C)?
I am concerned that it is a bit too high and that i have bad mounting pressure or not enough thermal paste.

Is the load from gaming, a benchmark or something else?

Did you get the LGA1700 mounting kit?
A NH-U12S is a bit on the weak side for your CPU.
I would upgrade it with a Noctua NF-A12x25 fan and if that did not work I would get another.

With the 12700k I messed around with, it was about 80c at the end of a 10 minute R23 run with a Scythe Fuma 2 in the Lian Li Lancool 215. It did have the power limit lowered from the default 4096w to something around 200 (I forget exactly what it was set to).
80C is pretty good for an NH-U12s and a 12700k. If you're worried about it being safe, Intel CPUs throttle at just over 100C, so as long as its lower than 100C you're fine

Yeah i have the mounting kit.
If i buy the Noctua NF-A12x25 should i swap the stock fan with it or should i put it on the other side of the cooler because the stock fan looks to be more for static pressure?

The NF-A12x25 should replace the stock fan and you could try the stock fan on the back.
I would use it as the rear exhaust fan if the case uses that size.
Also things could turn out not as expected like in this LTT video.

That should be fine then. I would not buy the new fan unless the current one is making an annoying noise. Most likely paying 10€ per 1C drop at best but the noise profile is much better on a12 than f12.
