How can I sign up for add-on services like IDrive® Mirror, Cloud Applications Backup, Synology Backup, or QNAP Backup without paying for the IDrive cloud backup service separately?

You can create a free 10 GB IDrive Basic account. This allows you to then add any of the add-on services (such as IDrive® Mirror, Cloud Applications Backup, Synology Backup, or QNAP Backup) without needing to pay separately for the basic IDrive cloud backup service.

What are the different types of IDrive plans?

IDrive Personal is for individuals and home users with data backup and synchronization needs.

IDrive Team is for small teams. Users can select a plan based on the number of computers and amount of data they need to backup. They can also add users and manage them from the Dashboard.

IDrive Business are for medium to large businesses. There are no restrictions to the number of computers that can be backed up to a single account. Multiple users can be created for associates or business departments and easily managed under a single administrative account.

How do I view the billing and invoice information related to my main account?

The IDrive account lists information like current plan, amount charged and transaction dates of your subscription. You can view invoices of the current and previous transactions.

To view invoice of your IDrive subscription,

1. Sign in to your IDrive account and click on your user-name, on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Billing Information for a summary of all your transactions.
3. Click the view link against the appropriate billing date, for invoice of each transaction.

If you exceed account storage limit, there may be an overuse charge of $0.25/GB/month for Personal plan and $0.50/GB/month for the Team and Business plans. To avoid these charges, you may upgrade to higher storage plans.

In Google Workspace Backup a seat refers to a user, while in Microsoft Office 365 Backup a seat refers to a user. Each seat added to the account will be charged $20/Year.
