   f(x)=x^2+2x-5 g(x)=5x+30 so, g(f(x))=5[f(x)]+30 g(f(x))=5[x^2+2x-5]+30=5x^2+10x-25+30=5x^2+10x+5 g(f(x))=5(x^2+2x+1)=5(x+1)^2 g(f(x))=0 5(x+1)^2=0 x+1=0 x=-1
