davergne D Hello everyone. I have a golf mk5 2008 TDI. 6 months ago I took out the clock cluster to replace the glass. Before removing I disconnected the battery and after I finished everything worked. Yesterday i also took out the clock cluster to do something and after installing the cluster and connecting the battery i can't start the car. Both keys work and open the doors. The battery is almost new and charged. I tried 5 times turning the key to ON position and OFF and nothing works either. Right after starting the engine, the car goes out. What could be wrong? ( I lied... I actually had to look it up and come back to correct.... there's a lot of parts that need to get along, and the cluster is only one of them) so get VCDS on it and figure out what you messed up because you might've just bricked your car and it won't be cheap to get this solved. You may also want to post as many details about what you did or think you did (either here or on whatever forum you go asking for help) as you're probably going to have a bad time using Ctrl+Z here.
