I have HP pavilion g6 notebook. It is running on Windows 10. It has 4gb RAM & 500 GB HDD. Is it possible to upgrade the Ram to it? How much can I upgrade?

As I mentioned your PC can support 8GB of RAM max.

Your PC has Memory 2 customer-accessible/upgradable SODIMM slots:

So Since you already have one Mem of 4GB, Please add another 4GB of RAM (IDENTICAL) and make it 8GB Total.
