Please change the service hour and time to the correct one, website stating “close at 8: 30pm”, but the office was actually closed at 7pm when I reached there. Thank you.

BEKERJALAH DGN BERHEMAH. Tak tahu apa mslh cawangan ni.selalu peram barang, kalau setakat tiga empat hari tu dh selalu sgt.ni dah seminggu kot.dh kena beli yg lain sendiri kat luar plk.

2nd time visiting this J&T, went to post an item, but the Malay lady staff was very rude. I already did packaging for my items and asked me to open it. Then rudely asked me not to do packaging for my products next time. The way of her talking was like i owed her money in previous life. Not gonna visit here anymore!

So there's a Malay lady and an Indian lady at the counter—my apologies, I do not know their names. However, the Malay lady was kind and reassuring when I first posted my parcel here. Today the Indian lady was serving me and I was not pleased with her lack of understanding and rudely dismisive behavior. Despite their rude employee, I was charged RM16.95 for a parcel that weighed 0.8kg that was going from Kepong to Kelantan. I read online that they are having a discount called "fiesta la 3rd" which is a promotion of when a parcel is 0.01kg to 1kg, it is RM6.99. Now, the website did not indicate size or any other terms of how this is applicable; so like any other customer, it is based on assumption. Keep in mind that this promotion lasts from the 7th of July to the 31st of August 2021. The date I sent this parcel was on the 10th of July 2021. The website is not misleading, but it is also uninformative. In conclusion, I would not recommend going here because it feels as if they have ripped off my money as a small business. Let alone the rude employee is definitely a down side. Part of being a business is being accommodating, professional, and approachable. If J & T does not wish to partake in improving their business, the innevitable result would be a customer decrease and soon, the downfall.

Tak hntar my barang from 12/7 until now. Call byk kali tak angkat. Dah la bayar mahal2 hantar kotak ada makanan bagai. Mmg rosak la jwab dia. Kalo 5 hari delay ok lg. Ni 10.kepala dia ahh jwabnyaa

Worst J&T ever. God knows how long they want to keep people’s parcels or what happened to our parcels. Purposely don’t want to answer calls too, i’ve called more than 10x a day at different timings, same also — no answer. Might as well just close down

On the 18/4/2021, around 12pm, I opened the door, a friendly lady staff on the left said hi to me. Provided blank paper for me to write my details, and recipient's, she keyed in the details, and did the packaging for me. Before leaving, she told me "xiexie", I seldom go for delivery service, but she is very professional and I will definitely go back if I need to send parcels in future. Good job!

This is my favorite J&T branch. There are more parking spaces in the afternoon. The staff are also very skilled in solving problems.

The staff are friendly, helpful and professional in addition to providing excellent service. The best part is that I sent my parcel on Sat (near noon) and it arrived in JB (from KL) on the next day - Sunday. I am impressed and glad that I repeated ly come back for their delivery service.
