A great place for more western style coffee. They are huge sticky cinnamon buns, banana bead, Pumpkin and apple pie. It’s also a good place for lunch the Reuben sandwich is pretty darn fantastic. The Wi-Fi is free and it’s also a good place to work on your computer.

I really like their cakes! The cinnamon buns after 6pm for 50% off are a great bargain and they’re very tasty as well:)

Some years ago i love the place! Good food! Delicious! But all things getting smaler now! Bagel smaler, sandwich smaler.all foods are smaler but still the same price or up! I also love the tomatosoup.but now.its horrorbil! consistency its never the same! Sometimes mixed with water! Today after long time i give them a new chance.but dissapointing again! The cheese was not molten.taste tomatosoup was water only! But the most thing whats make me unhappy is the service! Its need sooo long! I waiting 45 min for a tomatosoup and a bagel! Last time i go here

What an amazing bakery! We had breakfast bagels there which quite possibly are the best I've ever eaten. The range and quality of the cakes is magnificent as well. We sat outside in the sun and enjoyed the great atmosphere.

Food is good, ambience is nice with plenty of well designed space. Service is frustrating: slow despite there is a dozen of staff, and you have a 50% probability that they will get at least one item of your order wrong (I've been there maaany times).

The staff is rude. Coffee isn’t good for what it costs, there’s multiple better cafes on the same street.

The food got hair but stuff don’t care about complaints. Coffee taste horrible because of beans and left long hours after brewing. I don’t know whether I had to go toilet after finishing my food. To be fair, stuffs are nice in general and doing ok. Kids room space is very nice. We look forward improvement.

Three years ago when I first moved to Hanoi I wrote a review about Joma Bakery and to be honest I gave it a couple of stars because it had decent bakery fare. Today after being away for that two years I made the mistake of going back for breakfast. In a rush this morning I dropped my guard because O'douciers French Bakery posted a 6am opening time at at 7am was still closed. Simple scrambled eggs, toast, plastic bacon and a cup of coffee was the most disastrous breakfast that anyone could serve. 8$ and those bums dared to serve me pre-cooked bacon, reheated to a rubbery tasteless texture. 7 a.m. In the morning with food staff shouting and screaming at each other coughing and sneezing around the food preparation area. Joma Bakery is overpriced garbage but gets away with murder coz expats forget what civilized quality tastes like and stoop low for basic pleasures.

Perfect located in the Tay Ho District of Hanoi, Joma Bakery is the best place to have a cup of coffee or Brunch or some cookies or desert or some Breads! My Favourite is Humus and the Crispy Bread, Wrap and the Chocolate Cookie:)

Nice environment with outdoor jungly feel and air-conditioned inside. Menu is expensive but good quality is what you pay for.

It's okay. The meat needs to be bit less tough for the price, a good marinade goes a long way.service is great and the people are very friendly. I'm a pleb so don't take this review to heart, Melt in your mouth meat is something I want for the price I pay.

It's great to get bagels in Vietnam, but I'm not sure if the bagels are boiled before they are baked like they should be, the texture isn't exactly right. The carrot cake is AMAZING!

Trong các quán của Joma thì Tô Ngọc Vân là quán có view mát mắt nhất. Thái độ phục vụ rất tốt, đồ uống rất chuẩn vị. Mình highly recommend mọi người nên thử các loại cookies. Rất tuyệt!

Love this place. Amazing cake! Western prices but great WiFi and just what I need occasionally. They also offer takeout and portions are big.
