Why can't you? I guess the minigame at the end is difficult right? What I did is pause and the first three O are easy. The last goes really fast. What I did is I pause like every second and wait untill I paused twice on the last X then I pressed it when it changes to O. It takes some time to get the timing right. I had trouble with him aswell

 

So basicly use pauses it helps a lot! Hope it was a little helpful

What is it? His final desperation move where you have to get 4 circles? Use the pause to slow things down. If it's on the x button while paused the un pause and immediately push the button. The time it takes you to unpause will be enough for it to switch.

At the first start of the battle,where Luxord challenges you to get the circle among the three x's,If you have used to the reaction commands of that,you can handle those challenge with no problem.If not,you can just ignore his challenge by getting away for him for awhile and then went closer to him for the attack. You're also have no problem when Luxord give you a challenge where you have to find his cards among the cards that have been shuffled on the ground. Also,don't hesitate to use Limit Form since it will decrease his time faster. During his desperation move where you will have to get 4 circles,you can use the pause trick so that you can pick the circle command with the right timing by pausing when the command was at X.

I defeated them years ago . I remember all of them were really hard at first, but, in the end, I managed to defeat them all. A few days later, I was able to defeat Luxord without attacking, and only used these minigames against him (the final hit was obviously attacking him, it's impossible to lay the final blow on him without attacking).

Here is a honest answer, no one can tell you how to beat him since there are millions of ways you can beat him, however we can tell you how to get passed his desperation mode. I am assuming your problem is the getting all o's. so pause the game if you see an x unpause and click on it because you will hesitate for a few milliseconds, now that should work for the first three the last one is on you so don't firetuck up and time it wisely.

I beat luxord today feb 12 around 3:00 to 4:00 and the stradegy that I had used was to wait or stall untill there was a chance to begin game or use a finishing move. When the game starts I kiiinda wait for things to get slow, then when the X is on command 4 I mash the X button (on controller) as fast as I can...I kept at it and kept dying at his last resort when he does thing thing with the wall of cards and you have to get all 4 four with O, normally the first 2 are easy then the 3rd might mess you up then last but not least is the 4 command, WHICH IS TOOOO FAST, so I blank my mind and randomly hit the x button as soon as I saw x on the command which helps because before I hit x during a game my thumb fidgets.

 

After so and completing a finishing move, I witnessed luxord death and showerd in glory as I drank a AP boost.

 

I dunno if that helps but that was my plan

Yeah basically this guy is aids and makes me not want too progress in the story like ive done the pause thing so saying it isnt advice they just shouldnt have made a mechanic in the game like that let alone give it too a boss even though he is optional the fight shouldnt hinge on weither or not you paused youre game and timed something corectly.
